Responsibilities for KNF&T's Sales Manager include:
- Direct-Hire (Permanent) sales training and management
- Setting monthly goals with Recruiters
- Monitoring activity and ensure goals are met
- Individual staff meetings
- Leading weekly team meetings
- Establishing team incentives
- Developing a positive, committed and motivated team
- Assist with matching candidates and closing strategies
- Regular trouble-shooting
KNF&T offers an outstanding benefits and compensation packages, which equates to high earning potential. Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and/or 10 years experience in sales or sales management, with a successful track record in the field of recruiting and placement.
